Register New user

Register a new user in two API calls

• fetch the latest fid that a new user must be assigned
• generate signature for the user and call registration API

For this flow, Neynar abstracts away all onchain transactions required for account registration and storage and retroactively bills developer account. Developer can choose to subsidize account creation or charge end consumer as they see fit.
